Joseph Reger, founder and principal of the JCR Companies, is responsible for acquisitions and strategic growth of the company. Since the inception of JCR in 2009, Reger has built a portfolio of urban infill retail properties, shopping centers, apartment buildings and mixed use properties, primarily in Washington, DC’s core submarkets, including Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Capitol Hill, Old Town Alexandria and Georgetown.
Adam Stifel is a co-founder of both CAS Riegler companies and Snead Construction. Adam’s responsibilities include overseeing design, management, and execution of CAS Riegler Projects and business development for Snead Construction. Adam and his partners are collectively responsible for the strategic direction of CAS Riegler and Snead Construction.
Chris Heisey co-founded Snead Construction in 2011. He currently serves as President of Snead Construction and Vice President of Construction for CAS Riegler Companies. Chris remains personally involved with each project from inception to completion and manages the business operations of Snead Construction.
Kevin is the co-founder of CAS Riegler Companies and a Co-Founder of Snead Construction. Kevin’s responsibilities include acquisitions, design and project execution, investor and deal sourcing, finance, accounting and strategic direction of both CAS Riegler and Snead Construction.
